Short Breaks are Monday to Friday (4 night) or
Friday to Monday (3 nights) subject to availability.
£100 damage bond is required for all caravans
(see conditions of booking no.4).
No smoking allowed in caravans. Linen sipplied on

| Holiday Cancellation
Protection |
| A booking is a contract and we regret
no refunds will be given of deposits or balances in the
event of cancellation. We strongly advise that you take
Holiday Cancellation cover at £6.00 per week or part week
per pitch. £12.00 per caravan per week. |
| Providing it is paid with your deposit
we will then refund your deposit and balance, if it has
already been paid, less Holiday Cancellation Protection
and Booking Fees, if you have to cancel for any of the
qualifying reasons. |
| Conditions |
|

| 1. |
A non refundable fee of £6.00
per week per pitch or £12 per caravan per week or
part week booked must be paid at time of booking. |
| 2. |
The period covered is from time
of acceptance of booking until arrival at accommodation
booked. |
| 3. |
Cover is only applicable to
members of the party named on the booking form. |
| 4. |
Notification of cancellation
and claims must be made by recorded delivery as
soon as possible. |
| 5. |
Cancellation Protection covers
cancellation due to the following cases only:- |

a) Accident, injury, illness
or death of a member of the party. |
| |
b) Redundancy or Jury Service. |
| 6. |
An Authoritive Document in support
of cancellation must be produced i.e. Doctor's Certificate,
Redundancy Notice or Jury Service. |
| |
The plan does not include pregnancy
or illness related to pregnancy or any pre existing
condition. |
